Got my Clicksilver account switched on Wednesday and i must say i could'nt be anymore disapointed with the speeds then what i am. There are truely awful. 13.6kb/s was my result on the Bandwidth Place speed test. I was looking forward to getting Dsl so much but this has put a damper on it big style and i'm stuck in this contract for a year that i can't get out of. I did get good speeds for a while last night but never as good as they should be. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

    Mike

conicidentially I just posted about this yesterday (see the thread "Very slow BB I think") - I had ClickSilver installed on Tuesday and am getting very poor speeds (Blanch area)... also, this morning before I went to work I tried to log on and it told me that there was "no answer"??

    Anyone else get this today?

Ring UTV. Look for Charles or Martin

i had that problem when i first got my broadband from IBB. it turned out it was just a small thing, they had forgotten to set the speed on my connection to 512. it was still set to the test speed of 112k (or something like that)
