Has anybody had any problems after they enabled the faxmail service on their vodafone account.

It seems i dont get an alert to a voice message nor is it there when i ring 171 - only seems to have happened since i enabled the fax service.

    Was testing it out

when i have 1 unread fax i loose any voice messages and dont get a reminder
when i deleted this fax and tried again - i got the message when i rang 17 1but never got an alert.
now i have some old faxes and dont receive any voice mail alerts and they are not there when i ring 171

I have a funny feeling im going to be on first name terms with their "Customer care executives" very soon.

    Yes

The best bet would be to dial into your mailbox and try disabling notification (voice or sms) and then re-enable it again. If this fails, call Vodafone and they will escalate it to their second line support team who will delete your existing mailbox. You will then be required to set your mailbox up again, but everything should be working then.
