    Re: Johnny fundraising Bowling Night

    Dear LGBT,

Johnny, the peer education group for gay and bisexual men is delighted to invite you to our forthcoming ‘Queer Bowling Extravaganza’ on December 5th.

Hosted by the wonderful Ms. Di-di Charvet, the event will be an action packed evening of fun and frolics. Taking place in Palmerstown Bowling arena, the evening kicks off at 9.15pm with the opening game beginning at 9.30. Special Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and for ‘Best Bowler’ of the evening. There will also be a fabulous raffle where you will have the chance to win some marvellous prizes, even if you are crap at bowling.

As we have the entire arena for the evening, the event will be strictly for queers and their friends. And the fun dosen’t end with the bowling. Our DJ will spin into action playing the best in party music until 12.30 am. Although there will be no alcohol on sale on the premises, we have secured agreement with the management to allow people to bring their own alcohol!

So, get your team together (up to six people) and book you place for what promises to be a fun and very different queer night out. The cost per team is 100euro for charity group, 110euro for voluntary or community groups and 120euro for all other teams. Teams will be allocated lanes on a first come first served basis.

Money raised on the night will be used to fund Johnny in its valuable work promoting the health and well-being of gay and bisexual men.

For more information or to book a place for this unique night, contact David Carroll @ 01-8734952.

Looking forward to seeing you there,

    Johnny.

Do you need to bring your own balls or will they have balls there?
