Have never heard of people dipping toast into their tea! :o I used to dip digestives and ginger nut biscuits into my tea when younger but that's about it!

Make sure the tea's not too hot, though. Use plenty of milk. You don't want to scald the poor little fellas now, do you? :D

Back on topic though, dipping tea on toast? Weird. Never heard of that one before.

As for dipping things in tea, rich tea biscuits are the best closely followed by Time-Out bars, bourbon biscuits and Kit-Kats. Time-Outs dipped in hot chocolate are also seriously tasty.

    hello mr. dunne :p

as for "not scalding the little fella's" you sound like the voice of experience

I used to dunk with fervour but these days given the disapointing nature of some biscuits and snacks and their ability to be soggy and yet be structurely intact somewhat lacking, I have given up this method of eating and have now adopted a strict non-dunkage philosophy.

However, this has not curbed by love of toast and have in my possession a very high-quality toastie machine.

    Toasted bread - it rocks.

Ugh, never heard of that before. Does the toast not fall to pieces after it's been dipped?

Wet bread makes baby jeebus cry. Well, actually no, it just makes me feel sick. Something about the texture.......

No the bread does NOT fall apart .

The toast absorbs the tea and infuses the tea with a wonderfull buttery taste ..

    MMMMMMMm Bloody lovely .
