Hi Guys, looking to get back into Tae Kwon Do now that I can't avail of a free gym anymore.

I used to be ITF in Cheeverstown with Val Douglas, about 10 years ago now. Is there an ITF club in Lucan? I'd probably be at beginner level for a while, at least until I get my fitness back, so there needs to be a lamerz class :)

Any times/prices/info would be much appreciated....

    If you go to www.inta.ie

and click on clubs -> dublin, you'll see that there is an INTA ITF school in Lucan

Good luck. Also Val Douglas is an excellent teacher. I recently did a seminar with him and thought he was great.

Don't think he does anymore. Great instructor.
