SNL Connection Problems

i am having major problems with SNL. Its slow and playing up. I am wondering is there any program that i can download so i test my connection and see whose side the problems is on. I am paying for this so i expect better. Last week i tried oceanfree and the speed was much better than SNL. I mean you get what you pay for…

Use your old friend traceroute from the command line! That'll tell ya which node is the bottleneck.
