Netsource throttling SME Users now

Well I am on the netsource SME package i.e. not the RADSL package. I have just seen d/l speeds fall through the floor... And this after being assured by Netsources Operations Manager was never going to happen on the SME service.... ****S!!!

Wait until the tell someone on SME that they've been capped, it could just be a technical problem.

How long have the speeds been bad? If it has just been this evening that seems very soon to be shouting 'throttle'

Well the speeds are only across certain ports...

My http downloads are fine...

P2P has died....
