Boston in Febuary=Cold , very Cold, bring your woolies!!
Theres a good sub urban rail system which last year anyhow was still using the coin token system.

If your hotel price is €100 a night for a very cental location the radisson Bosto is downtown and comfy :)

The holiday inn will get you a room for half that at government centre which is central, beside the train and near the common, which I vaguely remember.
It's nice, but not Radisson or Sheraton nice...

I stayed in "The Farrington Inn" in the suburbs of Boston. It cost me 60 dollars a night for my own room and a shared bathroom. It is basic though.

Its about a 5 minute walk to the T line (subway) from where you can get into the city centre (which is small) in about 15-20 minutes at 1 dollar a pop.

Like I said, its basic, but clean, cheap and cheerful.
