"Family Guy" also used the word "Jebus" in the episode "Holy Crap". Here's some information about it and how it relates to the Simpson's episode and which was first:

When Peter poses as room service to try to talk to the Pope, there's a brief exchange between two "road crew" guys reading a Bible which is as follows: "Huh. Hey, j'ever notice this? On page 375 it says 'Jebus'!" "It's supposed to be 'Jesus', Right?" This is somewhat of a circular reference. In Simpsons episode BABF11 "MISSIONARY: IMPOSSIBLE!" Homer seeks sanctuary from PBS and becomes a missionary.
Throughout the episode, he is heard to say such things as "...but I don't even believe in Jebus!", and "Save me Jebus!" and so on. As a bonus twist, at the end of the episode, they're having a PBS-style pledge drive, but to save FOX, where Betty White says something along the lines of "...help keep High-Quality, Low-Brow entertainment from disappearing from the airwaves forever". At that point, they zoom in on a TV with the Family Guy logo, which is turned off. At first I thought FG was poking fun back at the Simpsons with the 'Jebus' crack, but it seems the Family Guy episode aired first! Which makes me wonder what that crack was about? Were they separately making fun of the same thing? If so, what?
