passed line test,still not suitable

    20 sept... applied for Eircon Istream from their website
    21 sept.. rang to confirm, and passed line test no problem
    25 sept ... Eircon rang me to say line has just been re-tested and passed again
    01 oct 9:20... rang eircon to cancel
    01 oct 9:25... signed up with utv ip
    03 oct... got an Eircon Modem in the post, returned to sender
    today...got email from UTV, they can't provice adls because i got another provider on the line??w.t.f.
    today... got letter from Eircon saying that my line isn't suitable for adsl, and they were very sorry??? w.t.f
    emailed utv that i got it cancelled
    utv replied wanting a cancellation number
    rang Eircon, got cancellation no, emailed to utv

    surly Eircon won't provide a modem without making sure you can get dsl?

    it sounds like the companies are acting like little kids

    he ran off to UTV so I (eircom) am going to tell UTV that he is a sneak off
    and then nobody will play with him so ha

    or else they just dont want your money

    today

    got reply from utv that Broadband is available on my street

    then..

    got another letter today it was from eircon, had my username and password for Istream????
    bloody idiots
