I dont know if this is covered here already....

I rang the new 0818 Sky number to book a box office film last aturday night.....

The first thing I noticed is that they have changed from freefone (1800) to National Rate (0818) - OK , I thought a bit more expensive to call but not a very big deal....

Navigated my way through the menus to be greeted with "There is a now a charge of STG£1.50 for booking box office event on the telephone"

The RJ-11 port on my digibox does not work ( never did ) and to be honest I dont want my phone line connected to the box anyway - and I am furious!

Has anyone else had this experience?

i dont use box office all that much, maybe twice a year at most. that has gone down to 0 times a year with this charge. i will only get something off ch 770 if it appealed. i dont bother with a phone connection either
