    I recieved my Eircom Broadband package today (Not my choice
    to go with eircom so refrain from saying anything of that
    nature). I Installed all of the appropriate things to get it working. I had some trouble because it wouldnt get a dsl signal so I rang
    them, After Five minutes of waiting on a 75c number they told
    me that the line hadnt been connected yet. Think of the amount
    of people which must be falling into this trap, It is really a disgrace
    in their eyes that they couldn't bother to mention the fact that
    the line wasnt connected yet,
