Eircom i-stream pc-anwhere problem?

    Hi,
    I wonder if anyone knows.....
    I have a pc that I have pcanywhere installed on.

    foor some reason I cant (or the person that connects to it) connect to it anymore,
    now, Ive been through everything like tested everything on the router etc..
    its NAT router but I opend up port frowarding etc.. and it was working fine.. no problems....

    But now, its stopped,
    I cant even PING my IP now? at all.... has eircom prevented th epinging of IP's or something.

    I did one of those shields up test and itcould see me.....

    why are pings to my (temprary of course IP) timing out?
    any ideas? I need to get this pc online quick.
