Ideally... 1 - Near(ish) the city centre. 2 - Somewhere I can have to myself over a weekend, say Friday to Sunday. 3 - A pretty big room, high ceilings help and so on. Ho.

1 - Near(ish) the city centre.

3 - A pretty big room, high ceilings help and so on.

I'm hoping to find somewhere that isn't being used anyway, so maybe a place that's being renovated at the moment, or someplace waiting to be knocked down.
Obviously, the cheaper the better.
