Ok heres the situation i have a friend who lives about 20 miles outside limerick who is dying for some sort of bb His local exchange wont be upgraded in the foreseeable future (20 years) So his only option really is a sat connection (or is it ? ) What are the options for sat in this country ? He doesnt seem to be interested in a 1 way sat with a dial up for
upload as this will not be always on (only one phone line)
