I hope it's ok to post this message in this forum but here goes, i was sparring in taekwon-do on Tuesday night when a combination of a bad reverse turning kick and bad blocking resulted in me getting a dead leg. It's still painfully sore today.
Anyone know what's the best way to cure it ? Rest, excersice,
    Thanks all

    Rest it my friend.
Also I find that a Sauna works quite well

Try and use your leg, too. Flex the muscles. I find it helps the pain wear off. Maybe your body releases painkillers, so while it might not help your leg, it should help you with the pain of it...

Ring your GP or a physio
