    i rang eircom yesterday morning and cancelled my order for istream, support were fine about it and cancelled it for me, when she asked why i was cancelling i replied "your charging too much" don't think she was impressed lol

    were u already using the service when they disconnected you? Like had u signed a 1year contract?

    no, no contract signed, i just applied online for their istream starter pack with free modem and free installation and free first month. doupt a cheeky phone call would make them stop a contract
