    Does any one now how TV ratings are calculated, how do they know how many people watched a program?

    cameras in the home each tv is fitted with a camera which can tell what your looking at

    a system i don't believe to be totally accurate. the fun i could have if i had one of those ratings box's

    Telly Bingo, Nuacht TG4 and Ireland AM riding high in the ratings. maybe not Ireland AM. that's on too early, just as well really

    I also dont think it's very accurate. How many households in Ireland would be used to make assumptions on what the whole country is watching?

    Just because it's in Irish doesn't mean it bad TV.

    An insult to Nuacht TG4, come on Ireland AM. :D

    I would put The Dunphy Show on top :D as at the moment it not even getting as many viewers as Nuacht TG4. Maybe dunphy should dress up as a woman.

    Why did it get 1,000,000 viewers? But when ALF was on it was the TAM's and the aren't as acruite.:D

    i didn't imply that at all. what i mean is upset the balance of things. put shows that don't rate highly on the audience figures scale higher up the chart

    As with any sample population, there's a good chance that results could be way off.

    There's no way I believe that Celebrity Farm had so many viewers as was claimed!

    Well then your saying that the ratings are always way off.


    I would say that many people watched Celeb Farm, 500,000 isn't alot really. And it was in the news so much it was hard to avoid.

    I mean does BB really get 5,000,000 veiwers?

    Or maybe mossy is messing with us!!!!!!!!
