    hi all,

I am going into my second year of a part-time degree course and paying all fees myself. Can anyone tell me how I go about getting my 20% tax relief on the course? I cant remember how I done it last year...

    Cheers,

    voodoo

Send your receipt together with your P60 to your tax office and a refund (if due) will follow.

Obviously the tax year will have to have ended. Thus, if you paid the course fee in 2003, you will normally have to wait until after 31 December 2003 to submit your claim.
