NTL email/web service

folks, my story sounds maybe a bit ridiculous...

i've been a customer of NTL BB600 for almost a year but never

used the NTL email/web service.

recently i've been thinking of setting up a personal website,

however i couldn't get any direct info online from my isp.


so could anyone here using the same product pls tell me how to

set up a ntl email a/c and the webs space they provide?

Give them a ring, they don't seem to set this stuff up by deafault, you need to ask them to.

but when i went to register, i got that instead.

"The registration server is unavailable.
Please contact ntl customer support if the problem persists. "
