    That works out to 23 cent each. On each box it is printed in big writing that the retail price is 38 cent.

    So selling them at 38 cent still gives them a 15 cent per bag profit.

    Ah but don't you have to have a cash n carry card to do something like that? It's not really an option available to the general joe on the street.
