Time for a smart-assed counter reply!

Firstly, the link doesn't work :D

Secondly, as stated by the Games board charter, "This board is for the discussion of just about everything and anything to do with computer/videogames." Therefore, the Games board is no more about CCGs (collectable card games) than After Hours.

A CCG forum could well be a good idea. Personally, I haven't played Magic: The Gathering, but I've heard about it on occasion.

ah...see...what i did there was i entered the url as the title and the title as the url...

    because i'm a F*cktard.....

also...i didn't know it was a card game (but games workshop is under games, so they seem liberal enough about whether its for computer games...)
and ooh...i collect yu-gi-oh which i'm sure is much better!!

right...i'm going to slink away into the shadows...sorry for troubling you

If you want a Magic: The Gathering then support the request for the forum:

Yep, supporting the forum request is good.

Passive, I have some Yu-Gi-Oh cards as well... as far as I know, Magic: The Gathering is more complex, since theres land in it and it can support more than two players.

I used to play alot of magic the gathering in college but since leaving college and started work i dont really have the time anyone it was pretty popular a few years back but im not sure now,

most of the expansion packs you can get nowadays are fairly woeful i'll try and dig up my old cards from somewhere and see if there are any rare ones i'll throw em your way if you want as i dont play the game anymore

I used to play a lot on the internet. I think the program was called apprentice ( search it in google ) it's really good and you can test out all different types of decks. And it's free!

Am part of a small network of players in Dublin, if you want to PM for contact details. What colours do you play?

Turn up at the Exchequer Bar in Dublin on a Tuesday night - it's an open gaming evening, loads of magic players there. And info about various events and magic nationals, etc.
