    No, its not.

    They are in the bidding for one of the new licences the BCI recently announced.

    Apparently, Xfm will be teaming up with Louis Walsh in the bid.
    Not good news for Phantom. I'd hope that the BCI will see sense and not sell a franchise to English owners, they are big enough already. Encourage Irish business people to hold and bid for the licence.

    So from a indie/alternative station in the uk..... when it crosses the water meets up with louis walsh...it's suddenly 24/7 westlife/boyzone samantha mumba and any other crap he's been involved with......

    so XFM or Phantom ...................XFM of course...;)

    Maybe when they are bidding they should bring louis in front of the panel of judeges and humiliate him:D
