    I figured that with all the depressing stories of us being ripped off here Id throw this in.
    A little over a year ago we had a Mira Elite 2 shower installed (by what turned out to be an expensive and talentless plumber). Recently, the shower was not working properly so I rang the Irish Agents (Modern Plant on the Naas Rd). Initially they told me to check a small filter on the system. However as this was clean I rang them back.
    They then sent someone out to fix it (and given that the warranty had run out) I was expecting to pay hand over fist. The total charge was €0.00. Their support is 1st class (no real waiting) and the guy who came out was really nice.
    Anyway, I just wanted to give them this public pat on the back.

    that's really good of them. As well as giving out about all the rip-off merchants we should be giving word of mouth for the companies that are actually good.
