Penis - Temperature Problem

You know when it is freezing out and your testicles become small, your scrotum becomes really tight and your penis much smaller?

Well this happens to me 16 hours a day, it becomes normal when I am in bed. It is really uncomfortable and embarrising with the women (really). It loses about an inch in size (but looks a lot more) and the skin becomes tight around the penis to form wrinkles.

The penis is at its normal size at a certain temperature but this certain temperature must be a lot higher for me.

Is there any way of sorting this out? Like Something that makes my penis normal at about 96% rather than bloody 150%?

Out of curiousity I put my penis in a hot cup of water and it was a lot bigger and more comfortable and my testicals became loose. Can you imagine your sack is so tight that your tesicals are up beside your stomach, well thats what I have to go through most of the time.

BTW that story about that 18 year old is horiffic.

sorry I cant imagine that but I would say its a freakish site maybe if you tied a weight to the end our you penis and left it there for a few days you could then attach it to your scrotum and see how u go .
