It would be used by say a gallery to provide info on paintings. It would have a database of pics, the person would select 1 by touch an a small movie…

Just got a project to do and need some help.

What is PhP like streaming media say from web cam or saved .mpeg.

The project is basically streaming media to a touch screen. It would be used by say a gallery to provide info on paintings.

It would have a database of pics, the person would select 1 by touch an a small movie would play givin details of the artist and painting an the story of his ideas.

It could be used to give info to the blind or deaf by visaual or sound.
