eircom just doesn't disconnect me

    i'm really pissed off at eircom, very pissed off!

    1 month i'm trying to cease it!

    For all the people here who want it but can't get it due to the line failure saga, I suppose it is mildly ironic that you are finding it difficult to get rid of it :p

    Good luck getting Eircom to stop billing you.

    I don't understand the problem. They admitted the error and told you that you wouldn't be charged. Then they told you that the cancellation had completed as requested. Am I missing something?

    what you're missing is that i called them today, and they told me that the cancellation never even took a place! and now i have to wait another 15 days

    and if the cancellation is completed, why am i still connected to internet?

    and look, after i mailed them, they sent me mail on 9 Sep 2003 telling that they had problems and they'd finish it soon, and after that i get a mail on 22 Sep 2003 saying it was completed a month ago!

    the situation is screwed up!
