Driving in the Country

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel they lives are in jepoardy when they ever they get behind the wheel, in the country.

Never mind the roads, it's the drivers I have to worry about. Constant tailgating, madmen blazing past three/four cars, just to get past them, pyschos overtaking on inclines, **ck knows what's coming over the hill?

Anyone been on a motorway here recently? I know we don't have many of them, but can someone tell the dickheads that the outside lane is really just for overtaking.

I haven't begun to whinge about cretins with full beam headlights kept on the whole time.

The continuation of prov licenses being renewed over the years must be the cause of the problem/s

Nation of terrible ****ing drivers.
Ive started to notice that people are ****ing seemingly terrified to overtake,they could be stuck behind a heap of **** doing 40 on a main road,and they wont budge even though its perfectly safe to overtake.

I passed 7 cars not so long ago,all stuck behind a car doing about 15 mph on a main road,****ing disgusts me (admitidly thats a fairly dangerous overtaking manauvore,but the road was dead straight,clear,and because of the frightningly slow speed these people had set their minds to doing,I was gone by all the cars in less than 10 seconds..). Isnt there a law about how many cars you can actully hold up behind you on a main road ? I vaugly rember some dewd with a caravan being done for it

People seem to think its their god given right to fart along the road,and I dont drive fast,I stick to the the speed limit,but it drives me spare to see cars doing 40 - 50 mph on a motorway,or 50mph in the overtaking lane..they should be dragged out of their cars and beaten to death.

Or roundabouts..they dont have a god damn clue ! I wont even go into the lunacy Ive seen at them,best I ever heard was a lad reversing round one..crashing into a car,and the cops let him away with it,because they couldnt believe someone would actully reverse round it.

Gotta agree with the headlights thing,old boss of mine used to drive with his lights on full all the time,I gave him terrible abuse about it..like he would be behind a car with his lights on full..and then dim them for oncoming traffic,then ! switch them back on still behind the other car..the man didnt have a clue..he used to indicate going round bends! Bends !

Or people reversing out across two lanes of traffic from a parking space at the side of the road,and worse still the people that let the ****ers out ! If they were never let out,the would cop on thats its pure ignorance. What the hell does it take to reverse into a parking space?

I think every driver in the country should be tested every two years,would bring down insurance prices too,and get the inept mother****ers off the road. And a proper god damn test,bring them out to a motorway,or dual carraige way,and a nice big roundabout.

Tractors too ! Jesus I hate tractors,why cant they do a deal with farmers ,where possible, with fields that are connected to theirs,so theres a kinda tractor road way type situation developed linking all fields,so road disturbance is minimal. Like 90% of our roads its practically impossible to pass on them,because they are ****ty unkept backroads,you end stuck behind them for miles. I know lots of them do pull over and let you by,but its that odd grumpy ****er. Anyone know the road from Killcullen to Athy,and been stuck behind a tractor on that ? Nightmare !

Double parking ! People in smaller towns,just seem to ditch their car wherever possible,to run into the chipper or something,find somewhere to ****ing park properly ! Walk the two and a half seconds to the ****ing chipper/chemist/super****ingvalu,you lazy heaps of **** ! And they usally turn on their blinkers,like theres some incredable emergency,that the car had to be urgently ditched and exited from (said emergency usually amounts to ,the paper or a slice pan,or ****ing vicks vapour rub!).

I think the main culprits of **** driving are,from what i can see,people from about 40+,like I know boy racers get alot of blame etc,but they are god damn overrated (Just like the sticker laiden cars with 8ft spoilers (spoiler is actully a very apt term,for what it ends up doing to the car..) !).

Guh sick of ranting,bet ye are sick of hearing my ranting..

Another death on the roads outside my town there last night. The second in a year, one of them due to careless driving the other one is yet to be determined because it was a hit and run. Hopefully something happens to stop these idiots from ruining the lives of these people and their families.
