Looking at those traceroutes, I seriously doubt it's Telehouse causing a problem. Do remember that Telehouse in London is the single biggest and most powerful fibre-optic exchange in Europe...

No, the problem is with the lack of an INEX connection... and, by the looks of it, no LINX connection either, which is weird given that they peer with BT.
