Hey, I have to pick up some sort of a skill during Transition Year - some people are doing computer courses, other soccer courses and such - personally I think my cooking could use a bit/a lot of improvement - is there anywhere in Dublin that does some kind of nightly courses in say Italian/Chinese/Mexican style cooking?

    go to

    http://www.nightcourses.com

put in cooking and Dublin and look at the results. Some are chinese courses, which would be quite cool. Learning to cook well is a great skill, so good luck
