Navan exchange is now Enabled but my line failing?

    So after months of waiting Navan exchange is now enabled but my line is failing the prequel test... has anyone any experiance of getting a new line installed just to get broadband?

    I just want to scream...

    Join the club, the b*stards won't even let you know why it is failing. Sorry, just piss off & no-one can help you (i-stream dept.). That attitude is unbelievable considering we are all existing customers of the company.

    Keep pestering them, thats my plan, dunno if its going to work, but some guys here have had line fails, and ended up getting DSL
