Drinks from the can

I had a coke from the can today, because the 500ml bottles were sold out in work.

Weirdest thing is, it tasted much better than usual.

Now I'm wondering if it was because today was warm and I was particularly thirsty, but I'm beginning to wonder if soft drinks taste better from the can.

Yeah, the canned stuff does taste nicer. Of course, the glass bottles are the best.

Having never had beer from a plastic bottle (except this one time when I was given a 1.5 litre bottle of stale home brew, nothing was going to make that taste better) I'll take your word for it. Definitely can is better for soft drinks.

    Beer best from glass bottles...

I prefer the cans meself, it feels like a good handful to chug back and then crush between your fist. Yaharrr....

Just remember to clean the top of the can first!

lucozade out of the can is mank, glass bottle in the pub or the large ones in the supermarket are the business.

Went off cans for ages cause I was told that aluminium could bring on Alzheimer's disease

I get my hypochondriac streak from my mother's side.

Lucozade DOES taste far worse (and naturally different) from the can. Nobody ever believes me when I say that.

Coke and Diet Coke are indeed far nicer from a can...and Lucozade from a glass bottle back in the day *sigh*.

Mmm. Red Bull from a can, straight from the cooler. Now that's what I'm talking about.

They taste damn good in DNC in TempleBar

Apparently it is the metals from the can

Cans taste better cos the can is smaller than a big can.

also the 500ml bottle looks like a small version of the 2 litre bottle.

What about a nice can of Nescafe Ice Coffee, on hot day, mmmmm.
