That thing looks great! A nice and simple yet clear logo that really jumps out at you. It's obvious how important a logo would be to a graphic design company and that one is the absolute business. I'd like to see it in the context of the actual site though if thats possible?

You can find the logo being used on my sites "coming soon" page.
The web site is being designed at the mo.

    Have a look...

Hmm well I'm just looking at the site now and I was thinking that a lot of the stuff like the IE, Webcounter and Flash logos could be left out to give the site a cleaner look. Personally I think the orange/black/white colour scheme of the logo works very well and it'd be a great colour scheme for the site so maybe change that red flash component from red to orange to tie in with the logo? The more minimalist a site looks the easier it tends to be on the eye and since the logo has a minimalist sleekness to it it'd be nice to see the site itself follow suit. Looking forward to seeing where you take your site next -Toaster.

Because the D is without a line on the left, my eye seems to incorporate the I and the actual wording of the logo is lost.

Maybe you could edit the D to bring a partial line down the left? Something like this?

Also, any reason for the yellow CID or is it just an aesthetic thing? It's mildly confusing.

I'd be cautious of the name "Lucid Dream" being slightly difficult to associate with the logo, because to me what should be ten characters now appears to be eight.

With that attitude? Certainly not. Best of luck to ya.

*mutter* ideas are bad... bad, bad ideas... *mutter*

The name is NOT Lucid Dream... it is LUCIDREAM, one word.

Your ideas have been considered by myself and around 12 other designers here in Dublin, and both they and the general public we have asked like how it is now, The logo has taken on many changes, and this is our final one.

The CID in the logo associates with "Create Inspire Design" (the tag line". The open ends on the letter are the style of the typeface.

Thank to everyone for your help and ideas with the logo.

Although we could go on and on designing and changing the design, it has to come to an end. Thanks once again to everyone.

"Let me know what you all think........so I can completely ignore your ideas/suggestions"
I have to say I'm with beaver on the logo alteration and I still think my comment on the site looking too busy stands but I guess since the site is totally set in stone and completely unchangeable it doesn't really matter what I, or anyone else thinks.

Toaster, the page that is up on the site is not set in stone.... that is as I said to you before, is only a temp page, and the design and style is not what I am going for. I do however agree that it is very busy looking, and I would like to thank you for your input.

The site deisgn is being worked at the mo, and I will be changing the "coming soon" page, to reflect the new design.

pretty nice, would be better if u use Adobe photoshop to bump it out a little make it shiny or something

While I always feel that simplicity is key to a good website bump mapping on that logo would look great.
