x-wing alliance fps prob

    any1elsehavethisprob or afix?
    when i went back to replay xwing alliance i seem to be stuck at 32 fps no mater what i do, think its since i got my gf4800.
    but i tried different drivers, reinstalling os and using both winme and xp, i've patched xwing etc. and it is running in hardware mode but even in software mode its still 32 fps.


    msi kt3 ultra
    athlon 2800
    gf4800
    768 pc3200

    any helpwould be apprciated

    Haven't played this in a while but look for a config.ini file and open it in notepad.
    Look and see if there is an entry similar to "max_fps=" and change the number to around 60 or so.

    Make sure you backup this file before making any changes to it

    thanxbut tried already, only thing to really changewas enabled3d hardware 1 which isalready enabled.
    tried all config files and text files etc inthe gbame directories.
    does any1 have xwing alliance and gf4800 and can run it ok?
