    In Power city near lifyvally

Dyson DC05 ABSOLUTE (yellow & purple)
    is on sale for €219

Dyson DC05 basic (yellow is around €250 - €280 in most shops)

Absolute has HEPA filter which basic does not.
HEPA is very good for people with asthma

    look here for details:
    http://www.dyson.co.uk/range/range_overview.asp?model=DC05
(Funny enough ABSOLUTE model is not listed in Irish part of site.)

If its in Power City its more than likely refurbished.

Make sure you get the proper gaurantee with it.

Could you elaborate on the first comment please ?

I note that the Tesco Online site has no DC05 or DC06 so it may be an honest end of line offer.

    No it was brand new,

The reason it is so cheap, as I am told, is because they ordered 2 containers of it.

But when I was there last weekend they only have two left, maybe they have more in the back in the store room.

refurbed sounds good to me, means it been tested at least twice!

id like one myself, but 219 is still to much :(

go for it, you won't regret it. our one is 18 months old and still exhausts odourless air... a great machine.

Ever wonder why they do trade in?
They have an electrical workshop which repairs or refurbishes machines of all sorts back to shop standards.

They are renowned for doing it , a mate used to be a manager in one of their stores. But they used to hide the fact they did it ,afaik i they have on the pricing tag thats it refurbished well they are supposed to.
