Alright Am trying to find software to send and recieve sms messages to mobile phone from pc. But the thing is I need software that can run of unix or some OS that can be embedded like QNX. ken

if you know Perl, get the ICQ2000 perl module... it allows you to use your ICQ account to send sms.

kannel is pretty good, supports smpp and ucp (emi).

send_sms is also a nice command line one.

For a more free option, just wrap a script around micq .
