Saddam writes to George Bush

After numerous rounds of "We don't even know if Saddam is still
alive"...
Saddam decided to send George W. a letter in his own hand to tell him
that
he was still in the game. Bush opened the letter and it appeared to
contain
a coded message:

"37OHSSV O773H".

Well, George couldn't figure it out so he retyped it and emailed it to
Colin
Powell. Colin and the staff of the State Department had no clues
either, so
they sent it to the CIA. They could not solve it either, so on it went
to
the Homeland Security Office, the NSA, the FBI, the Secret Service, and
even
NASA, MIT, Berkeley and Harvard. The list of agencies got longer and
longer,
but still nobody could work it out.

Eventually someone thought of the Brits and they asked MI6 to look at
it.
Captain George Archibald McMillan took one look and replied immediately
to
Washington.....
