For some reason which I can't remember I was put on the mailing list for the quake2uk one, the one that comes from custard.org. I never read the bloody things and i'm getting about 200 mails from it every day and at this stage it really is pi$sing me off, but I dont know where the bl00dy list is based and I wont to remove…

Oh yea and before anyone suggests it, I do know about how to remove mails using outlook but for some reason it's not working for me in outlook 5.
