I rang the college this morning to find out when the autumn results will be available, and they said 2 pm on the sixteenth... which I think is a bit fúcking ridiculous, since college starts on the 17th doesn't it?

If you repeat an exam do you have to pay registration straight away or can you wait till you know if you have passed or not???

I dont think they've given a day for registration...not for 3rd year anyway, they just said they'd leave a timetable up with times etc.

BTW I didn't answer your question did I?

Wondering if people who might have failed repeats have to fork out cash before they know if they have got back mmmmmmmmm....

    from it carlow website:
It’s out with the old and in with the new methods for obtaining exam results at IT Carlow. For some students the nerves and anxiety brought on by huddling around an exam results board with lots of other students frantically searching for the word PASS next to their student number, will soon be a thing of the past.

For the first time at the Institute, exam results will be made available online in addition to being posted on-campus. It is the students who sat their Autumn Repeats who will be the first to benefit from the new system.

Ger Holohan who works in the Computing Services department of the Institute was responsible for implementing the system. He believes that students will find it “much more convenient” to have the choice of checking exam results online. “The process is simple; all students have to do when the results are announced is log on the IT Carlow web site, click on the exam results button and then enter their course code and student number. Students will then be presented with their individual exam results”, explained Ger.

It is expected that the exam results for Repeats will be available early next week. Students can contact the Institute on 059 9170400, closer to the time, to confirm the exact date results can be viewed either on-campus or online.

    Good luck!

just hurry the fvck up and release the results!
