Which service are you using - €ircon, IOL, UTV, Netsource?
What equipment are you using to connect - USB modem, ethernet modem, router?
Have you talked to your supplier's support people?

Can you give more info about your ADSL.

What ISP, what modem/router, what have you done so far
(plugged modem in and microfilters in, etc)
