Well it's looking like Irish Broadband Ripwave will be available in my area soon (dublin 15) it sounds like a much better package - 512/128 - no cap - €30/month and i'm paying €50/month for the same service with a 5Gb cap
Anyway i've only been with Iol a few weeks and i know i have a 1 year contract - just wondering does anyone know how much it costs to get out of it ?
    Thanks

Wasn't ripwave advertised as 512k a minute or was that just an error ;) Anyway, don't contracts have to be signed in person with a witness to be water tight? You could claim someone else signed it in your name :ninja:

Not sure about the 512k.. have to check that out
I dunno about the contract thing because sky digital charge you something like €400 if you break it within the 1st year :( suppose it would probably cost them more to take me to court..

They told me that before my contract expires i have to cancel 2 months in advance, ie after 10 months, otherwise they'll just keep billing you.
So you need to let them know 2 months in advance regardless of what they might charge you for breaking the contract.
