has anybody asked for a los test from ibb in clondalkin? I asked 1 week ago but they said they would get back to me in a couple of days time to organise a date. how long does it usually take?

got the same thing here ring last week in Rathfarnham, got told i'd get a call back rang again to day was tolk they would do a LOS test nxt monday mornin then i'd have to fill out the forms and it COULD take up to 2 weeks after that untill it gets installed

Ive asked for a los from ibb about a month ago by email, was told they'd be in touch. nothing happened, i phoned them week and half ago, same reply. again nothing
