Mercury Music Prize Tomorrow Night

...As Ladbrokes closed the book for the 2003 Mercury Music Prize before tomorrow night's ceremony, ATHLETE moved into joint second favourite at 5/1 alongside The Darkness.

Favourite for the award remains Dizzee Rascal at 4/1.

The winner of the 2003 Mercury Music Prize will be announced tomorrow night (Tuesday September 9th) at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Central London.

Athlete give their Mercury Music Prize-nominated album, 'Vehicles & Animals', its full Irish live debut when they play The Village, Wexford St in Dublin on Saturday, October 4th.

They also play The Limelight in Belfast the following night, Sunday October 5th.
