Cheap, reliable, sturdy headphones for net cafe

Working in a net cafe in waterford and we have a very big problem...which is the amount of headphones we go thru...its getting silly at this stage..... So can anyone recommend me a set with or without Mic and approx 2m legnth cord and sturdy enough to last.... The headphones do get a lot of punishment so buying at €40 a…
