    Does anyone know of a good, user-friendly, CGI form handler that I can get somewhere on the net. Or what is the best one in your opinion???

    PHP ones are usually faster and easier to install.

    Yes, I would agree with Blacknight there, if your site is PHP enabled, this is a fairly good script;

    If your server supports cgi, then they probably have formmail and sendmail PERL scripts installed which you can point your form at (for basic forms).
    I have written lots of perl scripts to handle custom forms. If your requirements aren't ott, I can customise a script for you.

    Not necessarily. We don't for the simple reason that spammers abuse them.

    No if they're secured properly.

    I know you can secure them properly Adam, but we prefer to let people run their own mailforms, as opposed to forcing people to use pre-installed scripts etc., etc.
