    Anyone been to Mauritius in April . Am planning the honeymoon and am getting conflicting reports of the weather that time of year ..

    Would appreciate input from someone who has actually been there ..

    Thaanks .. Looks interesting ,
    especially the part " October through April is excellent for big game fishing, when the large predators feed close to shore."

    Wont be going swimming methinks !!!!

    a friend of mine just came back from there really enjoyed it. around the beach is fantastic but inland is very very poor and it actually upset my friend how poor the people were. I dont know when the rainy season is but i think it is in our summer they had about 3 days rain.
