Alternatives to Netsource SME service

Although I have no confirmation yet that my Netsource SOHO service has been throttled, I fear the worse. Naturally I'm loathe to upgrade to their SME service as I don't want to do business with them any longer. But what alternatives does a heavy downloader have from the other ISPs? I'm in the South Dublin area (D12).…
