i was in Scraggs again today.

aye tis a nice looking job alright.
Will make the place seem beigger and hopefull they will put some sort of door into the jacks up at the small bar end.

Scraggs is a legendary place.

it needs air conditioning and heatlh and saftey renovations, place was a little deathtrap if ever there was a fire.

Also, (in the pre-done-up Scraggs) if you lite a fire in the front, at least 50% people would die, from;

• the stampede
• when u get to the back, the metal stairs down is a bit dangerous, esp. with the above stampede
• due to a low roof, the oxygen (wot small amount there is) will dissapear, and the smoke fumes will kill a further 20%

Still, lovely place. Pity we couldn't just do the easy thing;

Knock down the otterhole, to all but the bottem two floors, and put Scraggs in there
We'd have a pub near campus there. The only bad would be the ickle ppl from the post-primary across the way may come in; this being bad, cos there'd be illegal tender walking around hehehehe...
