Outcast and Outcast 2

Recently I was flicking through my games collection when i noticed Outcast, great adventure game with awesome music. My Question thus relates to the planned sequel, Outcast 2. I hear that both the game and the company are defunct is this terrible news true? :confused:

Never could get into the original outcast, way to much dialogue not enough action, and as for that terrible language they were all speaking, UGGHHH didnt play it for long

yea it was pretencious but a little gem when given time. the main character, cutter slade had possibly the crappest hero name ever.
