Could anyone tell me why they would want a broadband service at this price?

Because broadband is not available everywhere in Ireland, and even where it is, many lines are not passing the line test. Yes, it's a high price, but at least it has full coverage in Ireland. It's obviously aimed at businesses who NEED broadband-style connection, and where a leased line would be an overkill.

Its E199 installation and E55 inc vat Per month for wireless.

Hes on about satelite or something for the E1500, hey Muck if u want to talk about satelite set up ur own thread and stop gate-crashing. It leads to confusion.
